Refund Policies

General Policies

  • Cancellation before 72 hours of the pickup time: 100% of your payment will be refunded.

  • Cancellation within 72 hours of the pickup time: No refund will be made.

​

  • If you do not show up without any contact after 5 minutes of the pickup time: No refund  will be made.

​

  • If the flight arrival is delayed, the driver will wait for you and no additional fee will be applied.

For Car Sharing Option

  • If we are unable to match a sharing appointment for you, (1) a special offer for changing your appointment to general reservation (2) or a full refund will be provided.

​

  • If you cancel the sharing appointment after the confirmation, no refund will be made.

​

  • If the flight arrival is delayed, the driver will wait for you and no additional fee will be applied.
